The main aim of an orthotic treatment with our therapeutic components is to lengthen the muscles affected by spasticity and to maintain this length. This allows for more control over the spasticity and even a reduction in spasticity.

The 2nd system, namely the ADR™ components, are integrated in custommade AFO's, which allows the patient to make controlled movements within his/her capabilities. This movement will not only allow the patient to walk more normally and be more functional, he/she is also forced to use the muscles to the maximum ability, which in turn promotes the creation of muscle mass.
